Senior Quality Analyst

Position

Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week – subject to change at any time.

• Design and implement testing plans for products
• Manage and execute complex test scenarios
• Responsible for the creation of testing artifacts including but not limited to test cases, test scripts, test conditions, and expected test results.
• Map test cases to business requirements and functional designs.
• Creating and reviewing testing deliverables.
• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
• Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors.
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration).
• Selenium and Rest Assured are must have.
• Possesses a minimum of 7-8 years of QA experience.
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and testing processes.
• Understand software development life cycle process and various testing techniques including a proficiency in system testing.
