As the Senior Manager, you will spearhead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives.
Your role encompasses managing various projects from inception to completion, focusing on aligning technology with business objectives. You will lead teams in complex cloud implementations while ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver business-led Oracle ERP transformation programs
• Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines effectively
• Develop strategies to win major ERP transformation projects
• Architect diverse Oracle Cloud solutions across pillars
• Lead business development efforts, including proposals
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Oracle ERP transformation and delivery leadership
• Experience with multi-pillar Oracle transformations
• In-depth understanding of ERP and public sector experience is a bonus
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
• Desired certification in Oracle Cloud applications
