Join our client as a Technical Analyst in Toronto, ON, where you will provide deskside support and troubleshooting for Lotus Notes users. This contract focuses on immediate need and mixed IT environments.
The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in desktop support, specifically Lotus Notes (Versions 7 or
8). You will be responsible for password resets, , and providing high-level support to senior executives. Candidates should be adept in a mixed Unix/Windows landscape, possessing excellent customer service skills and knowledge of various imaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct password resets and administration for Lotus Notes
• Support hardware issues for PCs, laptops, and Black Berry (BES)
• Implement solutions for software break-fix scenarios
• Connect with remote users through VPN support
• Deliver presentations and technical solutions to executives
Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years in PC support and networking
• 3-year diploma or university degree in technology
• Experience with Lotus Notes (Versions 7 or
8)
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and network protocols
• Certification such as MCSE, MCP, or A+ preferred
