• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, permissions, profiles, and data maintenance.
• Provide first-line assistance for application issues and escalations as necessary.
• Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate Salesforce changes, upgrades, and integrations with service providers.
• Liaise between business users and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data integrity standards.
• Design, build, and maintain S-Docs templates that align with organizational branding and functional needs.
• Create and manage Docusign templates, incorporating dynamic Salesforce merge fields and tags.
• Test and validate document generation and e-signature workflows to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot template and integration issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, assessing and implementing relevant updates.
• Contribute to the development and execution of long-term Salesforce strategy and enhancements.

Salary Range - CA $ 100,000 - CA $ 120,000 Per Year
