Business Analyst Practice Lead

Lead and build a high-performing Business Analyst practice with a focus on IT Service Management and operational excellence in Toronto, Ontario. This role emphasizes governance, metrics, and stakeholder communication for effective project delivery.

The Business Analyst Practice Lead is accountable for establishing standardized practices across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM, ensuring quality requirements and process designs. An ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience, especially in governance, stakeholder influence, and audit controls. This pivotal role drives alignment across teams and enhances outcomes by embedding strong audit requirements into all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the BA practice model

• Define working methodologies across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM

• Drive quality standards in all delivery models

• Establish consistent BA artifacts and documentation

• Partner with Audit and Compliance teams for alignment

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years in Business Analysis or IT operations

• Deep expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Service Now

• Proven track record in audit environments

• Strong leadership in BA practices

• Effective executive communication skills
