Junior QA Specialist

Elevate your career with a Junior Systems Testing/QA Specialist role at a leading client in Toronto. This 10-month contract focuses on Agile projects and testing using Microsoft Power Apps.

This on-site position involves working closely with teams to ensure the quality of systems through detailed testing strategies and documentation. As a Junior QA Specialist, you will support Agile projects, contribute to various testing phases, and use Azure Dev Ops tools. Your hands-on experience with Postman for API testing is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans and test cases for projects

• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests

• Collaborate with developers to identify software defects

• Maintain automated and API test scripts using Selenium

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide quality assurance

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps testing

• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or JIRA

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools

• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing

• Strong analytical and communication skills
