ServiceNow QA Analyst

Position: ServiceNow QA Analyst Role
Pursue a meaningful career as a Service Now QA Analyst with Scotiabank in Toronto, Ontario. Contribute to software quality through testing leadership and adherence to QA best practices.

In this critical position within the Quality Assurance team, you will manage and execute both automated and manual testing efforts. Your focus will include developing QA standards, overseeing User Acceptance Testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall software quality. You will also train junior analysts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and approve project releases into the QAT environment

• Design and maintain QAT test plans and quality documentation

• Assess QAT projects for potential release risks

• Conduct ongoing project reviews and recommend enhancements

• Support stakeholders with QA tools and methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance, manual and automation

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Background in computer science, IT Business/Management preferred
