Senior Service Designer

In this one-year contract, you will lead various service design projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders. Your extensive experience, spanning over 7 years in service and UX design, will drive improvements across complex environments. Facilitate workshops and utilize qualitative and quantitative research to create impactful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end service design initiatives for improvements
• Plan and facilitate service blueprinting and mapping sessions
• Apply research methods to validate service pain points
• Conduct collaborative workshops with diverse stakeholders
• Create service design artifacts such as blueprints and journey maps
Requirements:
• 7+ years in service design or UX design
• Proven experience in complex service design environments
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops
• Expertise in translating research into user-centered solutions
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
