Sephora is looking for an Onsite Desktop Analyst dedicated to delivering high-quality support to Field Support Center users. You'll engage in hands-on desktop imaging, configuration of operating systems, and user management, while collaborating with various IT teams to ensure seamless operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Image and configure Windows and macOS devices
• Administer Exchange Online mailboxes and troubleshoot Outlook issues
• Manage user access through Active Directory
• Set up and maintain docking stations and peripherals
• Conduct onboarding setup and equipment recovery
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in desktop support
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Skilled in remote support tools and techniques
• Ability to configure and support iPhones
• Experience with SharePoint and team collaboration tools
