In this full-time position, you will collaborate with a local IT team to ensure effective management of desktops, laptops, and network systems. Your extensive experience in desktop support and systems administration will be key in troubleshooting and improving technology operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktops and laptops
• Maintain and manage IT asset documentation
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding user processes
• Support disaster recovery testing and technology readiness
• Collaborate with vendors on IT equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems and Active Directory
• Excellent organizational and customer communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
