Key Responsibilities:
• Update organization machines to Windows 11
• Deliver first-level support for tech issues
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Track IT asset inventory and maintenance
• Foster communication amongst team members
Requirements:
• Current enrollment in IT or Computer Science program
• Basic computer hardware and networking understanding
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to work within diverse environments
• Understanding of workplace equity and inclusivity
