In this role, you will support both on-site and remote employees, managing helpdesk tickets efficiently. Your expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and a range of devices including laptops and printers will be crucial. You'll create technical documentation and collaborate with IT teams to implement new technology while ensuring compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-person and phone support for all employees
• Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve issues promptly
• Support desktop hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference
• Collaborate with teams to introduce new technologies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of desktop/laptop support experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft domain tools and Windows 7/10
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Team-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
