• Collaborate to document standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or technical certification
• 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise IT or NOC
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management
• Certifications like CCNA, AWS, or ITIL preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
