• Regularly update Service Now and internal documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
• Relevant A+ certification and Cisco or Microsoft cert
• Proficient in Windows 10 & 11 and Office Suite/O365
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with exceptional multitasking skills
