Is this role right for you?
In this role, you will:
Understand business processes and technology landscape, responsible to keep a wholistic view on the domain's current and future system needs.
Ensure that technical specifications are clearly, accurately and thoroughly documented and understood for both system changes and/or process changes.
Ensure sign off and completeness of technical requirements and specifications from both technology and business owners.
Investigate and resolve incidents independently and escalate complex issues as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts on both technology and business areas.
Develop detailed progress reports and timely communications to key stakeholders and domain leads
Develop a strong knowledge of the product backlog and work closely within the domain team, ensuring systems requirements are assigned to the right technology teams
Provide support/guidance with test validations, implementation, and manages transitioning the change to a steady state maintenance function
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
5+ years experience as a Systems Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
Ability to break down high level requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.
Ability to deliver results in face paced, challenging and dynamic environment.
Strong verbal and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, system architectural design, data mapping and system flows.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
