This role reports to the Sr. Director of Platform Operations and focuses on maintaining system uptime across Nasdaq's trading environments. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and network providers to address technical challenges quickly. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems for issues and ensure uptime

• Support daily operations including startup and shutdown procedures

• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues

• Maintain documentation for continuous improvement

• Partner with engineering teams on operational challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in technical operations or system administration

• Proficient in Linux environments

• Understanding of networking fundamentals

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
