Your critical contributions will guarantee smooth operation of engineering software and seamless onboarding for new hires. The position demands strong troubleshooting skills and logistical excellence to manage hardware deployments, desk setups, and incident response with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute flawless desk setups and laptop imaging
• Ensure Microsoft 365 and engineering tools operate smoothly
• Manage password resets and MFA configurations
• Serve local and remote users through effective troubleshooting
• Document hardware and software asset management
Requirements:
• 2+ years in IT support or service desk roles
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD
• Ability to work on-site at Etobicoke office
