Position: QA Analyst with Leadership Expertise
Manage quality assurance initiatives as a Lead QA Analyst. Oversee testing strategies, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to quality standards for successful project outcomes.

Your role focuses on leading the QA process across multiple projects, planning and executing comprehensive test strategies to meet functional and technical requirements. You will provide mentorship to QA professionals and establish strong coordination with project stakeholders to ensure quality is integral to the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance activities across various projects

• Create and implement effective test plans and strategies

• Drive defect resolution and triage processes

• Monitor testing progress, reporting key metrics

• Collaborate with Dev Ops for automated testing solutions
Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of QA experience, including lead roles

• Proficiency in software testing methodologies

• Experienced with QA tools like Test Rail and Jira

• Strong analytical and mentorship capabilities

• Automation experience is a plus
