Position: QA Specialist for Application Testing
Lead application quality assurance as a QA Specialist. Manage end-to-end testing processes, focusing on defect management and collaboration with cross-functional teams for high-quality deliverables.
This position requires 5+ years of QA/testing experience to oversee test strategy development, execution of various testing types, and defect resolution. You will actively support UAT sessions and validate results utilizing SQL, ensuring high standards are met throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing

• Identify, manage, and track defects efficiently

• Lead UAT sessions with cross-functional input

• Prepare and validate test data using SQL
Requirements:

• 5+ years QA/testing experience required

• Expertise in defect tracking and test management

• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Share Point

• Strong SQL and data validation skills

• Experience in public sector projects preferred
