Advance your career with Scotiabank as a Senior Systems Support Analyst in Toronto, acting as a key liaison between technology development and business needs. This role leverages your thorough understanding of systems and processes.
You will document technical specifications, investigate issues, and facilitate communication throughout projects. As a critical member of the Canadian Banking Products Engineering team, you'll help drive successful outcomes by coordinating effectively with technology teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document detailed technical specifications for process changes
• Ensure sign-off of requirements from stakeholders
• Resolve incidents and escalate issues as necessary
• Foster relationships with business and technology teams
• Maintain knowledge of the product backlog and system requirements
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years as a Systems Analyst
• Strong skills in data mapping and system architecture
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
• Familiar with system development life cycle methodologies
