The Service Delivery Lead acts as a vital link between clients and ISG's Governance Services team, ensuring effective account management. With a background of at least 15 years in IT managed services, you’ll utilize your expertise in ITSM and ITAM to enhance client satisfaction. Your proactive approach and negotiation skills will be essential for driving account growth and deepening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee effective service delivery and governance compliance
• Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships
• Identify growth opportunities in client accounts
• Lead governance forum discussions and follow-up strategies
• Provide negotiation support for supplier agreements
Requirements:
• 15 years of experience in IT service management
• Understanding of Health Science industry dynamics
• Proven background in client relations and vendor management
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Confident communication with executive-level clients
