The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that regulatory, risk, and governance requirements are fully understood, embedded, and met across enterprise technology programs, with a specific focus on Shared Drives Access Management (SDAM) and associated data protection initiatives. This role acts as the primary liaison between regulatory obligations and project and system delivery, translating regulatory, audit, and policy requirements into clear, actionable business and system requirements.
The Compliance Analyst leads regulatory gap assessments, defines remediation actions, and ensures appropriate evidence is identified, produced, validated, and documented throughout the delivery lifecycle. Operating independently within a regulated financial services environment, the role monitors regulatory changes, advises management on required actions, and partners closely with technology delivery, security, IAM, privacy, data governance, risk, and audit stakeholders to ensure sustained compliance and audit ready outcomes.
The Compliance Analyst supports internal and external audits and regulatory reviews by providing clear traceability from regulation to control to technical implementation and operational execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field.
