As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will lead and document technical requirements while coaching junior team members. This role involves managing moderate to high-complexity initiatives and ensuring vendor compliance with technical standards. Your expertise in Guidewire will guide business needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document detailed technical requirements
• Coach and mentor team members and guide their development
• Manage requirements for high-risk initiatives effectively
• Validate and elaborate on requirements with rigor
• Ensure compliance of vendor solutions with business expectations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Business System Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
• Expertise in Excel and superior analytical abilities
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and insurance systems
