As part of CIBC’s Application Engineering & Shared Platforms team, you will support business and technical requirements, document processes, and facilitate technology integration. Strong analytical skills are vital as you tackle various challenges and contribute to stakeholder engagement. This full-time role allows you to connect with diverse teams while applying your problem-solving skills effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather business and solution requirements from partners
• Create documentation that meets project needs
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals for systems
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain clear communication
• Support Agile practices and methodologies in projects
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in Business Systems Analysis
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Confluence/Jira for user stories preferred
• Background in Agile methodologies an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
