Elevate your career as a Business Analyst in the Technology Services team, based in downtown near Union Station. Engage with cross-functional teams and drive IT Service Management through Service Now.
This 12-month contract role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners and Engineers to support various processes. You will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, producing analysis documentation, and managing Service Now configurations.
Your role includes solving functionality challenges and enhancing user experiences within the system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit business requirements through client engagement
• Produce functional and non-functional requirements documentation
• Manage Service Now system configuration and support
• Facilitate functional solutions with external vendors
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and obtain sign-off
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis roles
• Hands-on experience with Service Now administration
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies
