AML Technology is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their AML Tech Data Development Team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, document requirements, and translate needs into technical specifications. Your responsibility includes supporting continuous improvement efforts and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders on functional requirements

• Gather and document business needs for technical teams

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements

• Contribute actively to team knowledge and activities

• Communicate effectively across teams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a Technical Business Analyst role

• Knowledge of SQL queries and data concepts

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred

• Expertise in end-to-end data lineage documentation

• Familiarity with Agile or Dev Ops is a plus
