Position: Experienced Business Analyst for IT Solutions
Pursue a fulfilling role as a Business Analyst at Randstad Canada, focusing on providing high-quality IT solutions for diverse business needs in a structured environment.

Your primary duty will be to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering complex requirements and translating them into actionable user stories. You will operate within Agile/Iterative frameworks, producing detailed specifications and engaging in rigorous testing to ensure quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify needs

• Create user stories and maintain product backlogs

• Develop business process models and specifications

• Ensure all documentation meets governance standards

• Design and implement test plans and strategies

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in business analysis within complex environments

• Experience with COTS implementations like Oracle Siebel

• Strong skills in Jira and Visio for effective mapping

• University degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient with prototype and mock-up creation
