RSM is seeking a Technical Consultant with a focus on Service Now to drive implementation and optimization initiatives. In this role, you will analyze client needs, design system configurations, and develop process workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your experience in managing Service Now projects will be critical in achieving client success and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document client process improvement opportunities
• Create functional designs and gather stakeholder feedback
• Develop scalable Service Now configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure implementation alignment
• Stay updated on Service Now enhancements and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
• Service Now Certified System Administrator
• 2–4 years of technology services experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Service Now experience
