Jr. Testing & QA Specialist - Onsite

Become a pivotal part of quality assurance as a Junior Systems Testing/QA Specialist in Toronto. This role supports testing efforts on various platforms, emphasizing Microsoft Power Apps and Agile methodologies.

In this contract position, you will collaborate with project teams to refine testing strategies and execute diverse test scenarios, including API tests with Postman. Your documentation skills will help maintain test reports and ensure successful software release cycles. Contributing to both GUI and non-GUI testing, you'll be instrumental in guaranteeing system quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize testing efforts for systems integration

• Develop and document testing strategies and results

• Execute user acceptance and stress testing

• Track and document defects using ALM or JIRA

• Work with project teams during Agile sprints

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Microsoft Power Apps

• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman

• Background in Agile testing using Azure Dev Ops

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of AODA regulations
