Join Amazon's Canada Supply Chain & Transportation team as a Program Manager. This role focuses on forecasting and modeling for fulfillment flow, driving efficiency and sustainability.
As a Program Manager, you will manage fulfillment flow planning and network modeling across Amazon's Canadian operations. You will create forecasts that influence inventory placement and order routing, impacting delivery speed and cost efficiency.
Your role involves collaboration with engineering teams and cross-functional leadership, making informed business cases to enhance the fulfillment network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own forecasting for multiple planning horizons
• Model impacts of new fulfillment center launches
• Drive technology partnerships for system improvements
• Lead cross-functional programs resolving complex supply chain issues
• Develop performance metrics to enhance forecasting accuracy
Requirements:
• 3+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience with cross-functional teams in tech
• Proficient in Excel and SQL
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical and communication skills
