Pivotal for successful project outcomes, you will bring over five years of experience in business analysis with a focus on enterprise technology solutions.
Your role will leverage your strong understanding of the Service Now platform, facilitating integration with other critical applications like Workday, Azure, and SailPoint. You will also assist in aligning various initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis
• Strong proficiency with Service Now platform
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience in managing complex initiatives
• Possession of CBAP or PMP certification is preferred
