Identity Access Management Analyst at RBC

Provide pivotal IAM support at RBC as a Senior Analyst with expertise in RSA Token and Microsoft Entra  on improving operational practices and reporting within the IAM team.
This Senior Analyst position requires a thorough understanding of IAM controls and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. You will be instrumental in maintaining key dashboards and driving efficiencies through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain dashboards and manage the IAM knowledgebase

• Report and manage IAM control processes

• Ensure accurate execution of team reporting procedures

• Document IAM processes in line with RBC standards

• Support technical provisioning for IAM requests
Requirements:

• 2+ years in Identity & Access Management

• Proficient writing and presentation capabilities

• Experience with Service Now and analytical tools

• Scripting or automation skills in relevant languages

• Advanced Excel proficiency for detailed data analysis
