Experienced Test Lead

Contribute to software quality in Central Toronto as an experienced Test Lead. You'll oversee testing initiatives, encompassing both automation and manual efforts within a key agile framework.
As a Test Lead, your role is essential to developing and executing robust test strategies that adapt to enterprise application needs. You will collaborate closely with product managers and teams, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and leading UAT activities to ensure that quality expectations are met. Strong analytical and communication skills will support the technical requirements of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate for comprehensive test strategy development

• Lead all aspects of automated testing initiatives

• Set up Test Plans and manage defect tracking in Azure Dev Ops

• Conduct various testing types to meet quality standards

• Communicate testing progress and results effectively
Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years in test case development

• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks

• Proficient in executing diverse testing methods

• Knowledge of public sector standards and processes

• Ability to convey technical information to a varied audience
