In this senior position, you will be leading software testing efforts that are crucial to the pension administration system’s performance. Leveraging your expertise in test automation and quality engineering, you will guide both manual and automated testing processes, mentoring staff as the team transitions to advanced testing practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asses defects and perform detailed impact analysis

• Create and manage automated regression test suites

• Document testing processes and maintain the testing environment

• Execute both manual and automated testing strategies

• Support CI/CD integrations and maintain regression coverage
Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar

• 7+ years in software testing with automation emphasis

• Proficiency with Python, BDD, SQL, and ETL

• Familiar with tools such as Ranorex and Azure Dev Ops

• Effective mentoring and strong communication abilities
