• You’ll lead end-to-end IT sourcing and contracting initiatives, covering SaaS, cloud, hardware, and consulting services.
• In this role, you’ll develop sourcing strategies and manage RFx processes for medium to high-complexity projects.
• You’ll negotiate pricing, terms, SLAs, and commercial conditions with vendors to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• You’ll collaborate with legal, compliance, privacy, and security teams to support contract execution.
• You’ll act as a trusted liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• You’ll identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• You’ll provide mentorship and subject matter guidance to junior team members.

• 3+ years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing roles
• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience
• Working knowledge of IT procurement processes, technologies, and services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of accountability
• SCMP or CSCMP designation is an asset
