Hybrid (Tue–Thu in office). Duration: 6 months.

Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree earned in Canada.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience leading sales initiatives and systems implementations.
• Salesforce business analyst and UAT experience (preferred: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, dashboard configuration).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience driving initiatives from discovery through delivery of business‑critical outcomes.
• Skilled in conducting thorough business analysis and facilitating collaborative decision‑making.
• Proven track record delivering business value in fast‑paced environments.
• Requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Business requirement analysis and validation.
• Stakeholder feedback sessions and engagement.
• Impact analysis, risk identification, and mitigation.
• UAT coordination and execution.
• Sprint demos and agile ceremonies.
• Change readiness, training, and go‑live support.
• Troubleshooting user‑reported issues with minimal disruption.
• Strong stakeholder management and expectation alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process mapping and optimization (as‑is / to‑be) and root‑cause analysis.
• Flexibility and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Experience using Miro, Box, and similar collaboration/process‑mapping tools.

• Willingness to undertake additional tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead.
• Salesforce experience preferred (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, dashboard configuration).
