Position: Data Governance Student Analyst at OMERS

You will support the Value Management, Risk and Governance team, gaining valuable insights into enterprise information governance and hands-on experience in records management. Your contributions will involve creating and updating critical training materials while working closely with experienced colleagues to enhance information management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design of SharePoint content management structures

• Contribute to training material development for records management

• Document information procedures clearly and effectively

• Aid in carrying out records disposition reviews and compliance tasks

• Investigate AI applications for enhancing efficiency
Requirements:

• Enrolled in Information Science, IT, or related program

• Interest in governance, records management, and compliance

• Excellent written communication skills

• Proactive approach to learning and responsibilities
