Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current (as-is) and future state processes, and pain points
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering/refinement sessions with Product Owners, architects, and tech leads
• Identify and propose Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and recommend custom solutions in collaboration with technical and UX teams
• Prepare and present solution approaches to Program Salesforce design authority for review and approval
• Perform POC and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data
• Create functional artifacts including refined epics, user stories, and functional documentation in Confluence
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions
• Support QA by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, and reviewing test cases
• Assist in defect triage and resolution

Required Skills

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards
• Experience as a Functional Lead in Salesforce
• Experience in the financial industry
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise-scale, highly regulated environments
• Strong understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and financial compliance
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes

Salary Range - CA $ 90,000 - CA $ 110,000 Per Year
