  • Define and Evolve Strategy: Work with senior leadership to define and evolve the business strategy, operating model, and governance approach.
  • Establish Clarity: Create clarity around priorities, decision rights, and execution pathways in an ambiguous, high–growth context.
  • Governance Frameworks: Establish lightweight, practical governance to support initiative intake, prioritization, execution, and value realization.
  • Balance Innovation & Discipline: Balance strategic discipline with speed, experimentation, and innovation.
  • Executive Advisor: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives, supporting complex decision–making and trade–offs.
  • Executive Communications: Develop executive, investment, and board–level materials that clearly articulate strategy, risks, and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive cross–functional alignment across Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Corporate Strategy.
  • Narrative Development: Translate complex technical and commercial topics into clear executive narratives and actionable plans.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a small, high–impact strategy and governance team over time.
  • Influence-Based Leadership: Lead through influence in a highly matrixed, evolving organization.
Critical Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a leading consulting firm in a strategy consulting role
  • Demonstrated success working in ambiguous, “zero to one," or fast–evolving organizational contexts.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem–framing, and structured communication skills with proven ability to learn complex domains quickly. A bias toward action.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
