Reporting to the Senior Manager Service Management & Security, the Fraud Lead will oversee the management of fraud detection engines and collaborate with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and at least 5 years of relevant experience in fraud analysis within e-commerce. There will be opportunities to innovate and implement best practices in fraud reduction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize daily fraud detection monitoring processes
• Develop customized fraud rules based on new trends
• Track key performance indicators for fraud activities
• Identify and address platform vulnerabilities
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least 5 years as a Fraud Analyst in e-commerce
• Proficient in managing fraud engine rules
• Experienced in analyzing transactional data
• Knowledge of common fraud schemes
• Skill in Python, SQL, or automation languages
