Intermediate QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on testing strategy and tool selection

• Develop test plans, scripts, and automate testing

• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests

• Identify and track defects using ALM or JIRA

• Conduct performance and load testing to validate system capacity

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in testing practices

• Knowledge of AODA standards and regulations

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops for defect tracking

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
