Position: FireLight QA Analyst for Insurance Testing
Validate insurance products as a Fire Light QA Analyst with National Financial Services. Focus on manual testing, workflow validation, and compliance rule checks for e-applications.

As a Fire Light QA Manual Tester at National Financial Services, you will validate workflows and compliance on the Fire Light platform. Your expertise will ensure effective functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support for annuity and life insurance applications. Collaborating with multiple teams, you'll troubleshoot production issues and maintain test documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual testing of insurance products and workflows

• Validate suitability rules and eSignature flows

• Create and manage test cases and defect reports

• Execute UAT and regression testing for new enhancements

• Collaborate during testing cycles with development teams

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in QA within insurance or financial sectors

• Experience with Fire Light or similar platforms

• Strong knowledge of life/annuity products

• Proficient in manual testing and defect management

• Familiarity with JIRA or Azure Dev Ops preferred
