Clio, a leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Staff Product Designer to join its Product Design team. This position requires local candidates who will work at least twice a week from our downtown Toronto office. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to create visions and execute roadmaps for Clio Manage, focusing on customer needs and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to define experience strategy and success metrics

• Build a deep understanding of customer workflows

• Lead end-to-end design across multi-surface journeys

• Shape long-term experience vision through storytelling

• Mentor and elevate design quality within the team

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Product Design, SaaS experience preferred

• Proven ability to design for multiple customer segments

• Expertise in complex interaction design and usability

• Familiarity with AI-driven design patterns

• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills
