Position: QA Team Leader & Business Analyst Role
Lead a dynamic QA team as a Quality Assurance Team Leader and Business Analyst. This position oversees testing activities, develops test plans, and ensures alignment with business requirements.

In this pivotal role, you will manage 3 to 6 QA testers and coordinate testing efforts with the development team. Your expertise will drive the creation of functional, regression, security, and performance testing plans while tracking defects and their resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA testers

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Identify, document, and track software defects

• Prepare effort estimations and conduct all testing phases

• Coordinate release management and validate system performance

Requirements:

• Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Business Analysis

• Background in leading QA teams and testing processes

• Proficient in functional and white-box testing

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Familiarity with SDLC and application delivery
