FireLight QA Manual Tester​/QA Analyst

The Fire Light QA Manual Tester / QA Analyst validates insurance products, workflows, and compliance rules configured within the Fire Light platform for National Financial Services (NFS). The role focuses on manual functional testing, workflow validation, regression testing, UAT support, and production issue troubleshooting for annuity and life insurance e‑applications.

• Manually test annuity and life insurance products, workflows, forms, and suitability rules in Fire Light.
• Validate product rules, disclosures, eSignature flows, and IGO submission accuracy.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and defect reports.
• Execute functional, regression, and UAT testing for new products and enhancements.
• Identify, document, and track defects; support root‑cause analysis and production fixes.
• Ensure compliance with carrier, broker‑dealer, and FINRA requirements.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, carriers, and development teams during testing cycles.

• 3–5+ years QA experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience with Fire Light or similar e‑application platforms.
• Strong understanding of annuity/life products and suitability requirements.
• Skilled in manual testing, documentation, and defect management.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools preferred.
