Skills Required – Oracle Fusion QA Tester (HCM Focus)
Specialized Fusion Testing
- Test end‑to‑end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules such as:
- Hire‑to‑Retire
- Core HRMS
- Absence
- Compensation
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Validate reports and analytics built using OTBI
- Knowledge of customizations including:
- Conversions, Extensions, Personalization, Sandbox, Redwood
- Workflows, Roles, DFF, EFF
- HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas
- Lookups, User Defined Tables, Profile Options
- Custom Messages, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Dashboards
- Test inbound and outbound integrations with systems such as EDI, SOAP/REST APIs, PL/SQL
- 5+ years proven experience as a QA Tester with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Applications
- Hands‑on experience with HCM – Core HRMS, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans
- Solid SQL knowledge for data validation and querying
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools: JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center, Zephyr
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
