In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire test strategy and execution process, with a sharp focus on integrating voice testing services while collaborating with technical teams. Your contributions will ensure that each release meets high functional and technical standards, enhancing the customer experience across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and report on thorough testing activities
• Create and manage test plans based on requirements
• Lead IVR flows and voice testing efforts
• Distribute testing resources effectively across releases
• Analyze and report risks and quality metrics
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in testing
• Solid background in IVR and voice application testing
• Expertise in crafting detailed test cases and scripts
• Familiarity with best QA practices and methodologies
• Experience with SQL for data validation
