The Talent Care Group seeks a Senior Product Manager for a large-scale IT platform. This role requires extensive product ownership experience and involves leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment across engineering, UX, and design. You'll deliver a comprehensive product roadmap while navigating complex enterprise environments and maintaining user focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product vision and strategy for enterprise IT platform
• Manage product backlog, including user stories and delivery sequencing
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering and design
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch
• Engage technically with engineering on architecture and modern stacks
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in product ownership for complex IT systems
• Technical fluency for meaningful engagement with engineering teams
• Experience with Dev Ops and Azure platforms
• Proven end-to-end lifecycle ownership experience
• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management
