Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Digital Products

The Talent Care Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of a complex, enterprise-grade digital product - from vision through delivery. This is a role for someone who operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, who can hold their own in technical conversations with engineers and equally command the room with senior stakeholders.

• Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a large-scale enterprise IT platform
• Full product backlog - epics, user stories, prioritization, and delivery sequencing
• Cross-functional team leadership across engineering, UX, design, and stakeholders
• End-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch
• Technical engagement with engineering teams - architecture decisions, legacy integration, modern stack adoption
• Agile delivery - scope, budget, timelines, and ceremonies
• Accessibility and compliance - AODA, WCAG 2.1, privacy and security requirements
• Stakeholder communication across a large, complex, multi-layered organization

• Extensive product ownership experience on complex IT systems
• Technical fluency - able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
• Experience with Dev Ops and Azure
• Full lifecycle ownership from inception to launch
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• AODA and WCAG 2.1 compliance experience
• Build vs buy and partnership assessment experience

• Duration:
  Approx. 10 months
• Compensation: $600 – $750/day
