We are seeking an experienced Systems Testing / QA Specialist (Senior) to lead and execute quality assurance and testing activities across complex enterprise applications and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts while coordinating and executing functional, non‑functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This role works closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of testing activities for large‑scale enterprise applications in both GUI and non‑GUI environments.
• Develop comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data to support project delivery.
• Execute functional, non‑functional, integration, system, performance, load, stress, and regression testing activities.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide recommendations on testing methodologies, testing tools, resource requirements, and quality assurance best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams during analysis, design, development, implementation, and support phases to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution and retesting cycles.
• Validate technical and business requirements through structured testing approaches.
• Utilize automated testing tools, version control systems, CASE tools, and data query tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in systems integration testing and end‑to‑end validation across multiple applications and platforms.
• Produce testing documentation, status reports, test results, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities align with SDLC methodologies, organizational standards, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and implementing quality assurance and testing activities for enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of experience executing functional, non‑functional, system integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• 5+ years of experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Strong experience developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Experience with quality assurance methodologies, testing frameworks, and structured testing processes.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development methodologies.
• Experience using automated testing tools, version control systems, CASE tools, and data query tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with automated test script development and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language.
